Our culture reflects great customer service and dedication to what needs to get done in order to meet our daily goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe all GM should get a salary raise just like all other employees have. We have to deal with a lot within our business which is perfectly fine but i think pay should reflect.
