My experience has been great. I enjoy people i work with directly and the different people in leadership that make themselves available to communicate with. Very outgoing bunch. Extremely vocal and willing to hold each other and leaders accoutable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive pay but also the ability to perform in every quarter to receive a bonus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company goals are clear and we are given the tools to execute those goals daily.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to make a change in peoples lives and give back to the community. I also enjoy being challenged and interacting with customers. Everyday is different and brings on new opportunities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have inclusive an environment that allows people from different backgrounds and different views in the leadership role and this allows us as a whole the ability to see the different ways people view situations.
