Goodwill really does have a "people first" mentality and that's hard to find.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works very hard and always steps up to any challenge that management gives them. They are adaptable and eager to help wherever they can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My current salary is not competitive or even comparable to local market rates. A market adjustment would be very appreciated and make a huge difference in my financial situation.
