Ups and downs. I don't feel very appreciated by my manager at times and often afraid to disagree/object with her in fear of retaliation. I do see executive management trying to build up morale and make good improvements.

I do get the feeling that the executive is striving to improve employee's overall morale and I really appreciate that.
