Because most are employee owners there is a unique culture of everyone feeling the impact of our success which makes everyone not only contribute more but get a higher sense of purpose.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The complete value of the total package. Base compensation is completely fair but in addition there is management incentive, profit sharing, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, a pension or 401K match depending on when you were hired, and the amazing opportunity to be an EMPLOYEE OWNER!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed for one job but during the interview the leader realized based on my experience and passions that I would be a better fit for another job they had just opened. This led to an additional two interviews that would not have been included in the traditional process but it all worked!
