The best part is my franchisee, because unlike many others, they pay it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Starts at the top. Nice, happy, caring franchisee, creates the same in their stylists.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I’ve spent 7 years creating the perfect team. But it means nothing if the franchisee doesn’t keep them happy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
CEO and the company itself need to set more standards for pay, and the way the staff is treated by the franchisee. This company has been given a terrible name in the stylist world because of terrible franchisees that use stylists as assembly line workers and great clips does nothing to help.
