So far, it's been very positive! The people are very kind, the work is challenging, and the product is amazing. It's very much a team-oriented company, so I get to work with very intelligent and motivated people that I've learned a lot from. The leadership is amazing too. I really like it here!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They paid me more money than I asked for because that's what they found to be fair for the market. That's unheard of in most companies!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are incredibly transparent. I never have to wonder what's coming next for the company or how my team will be involved. Additionally, they truly care about their employees which is well reflected in the culture here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is very supportive of the people who work here. The culture is really fun and upbeat. People are very kind and helpful. Honestly, this is the best company I've ever worked for in terms of culture, and I don't plan to leave anytime soon!
What makes you most happy at work?
Being involved in projects that make a difference. Coaching and training the members of my team. Feeling like I'm making an impact. Attending company-wide meetings (which are relatively frequent) to have the visibility into company goals and the kinds of projects other departments are working on.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very structured and thorough. I feel like I learned a lot about the company and that they learned a lot about me as a result of the process. They also have a take home assessment, which was very telling about the kinds of challenges I'd face while working here. I appreciated that transparency
What are some of the best things about your team?
I learn a lot everyday from the team I'm working with. They are also very supportive and helpful when I have questions. The only thing I sometimes feel as a new person coming into this group is that they are already established and it may take a little time to really feel like I'm really included.
