Our health HSA plan, Modern Health mental health benefits, fertility benefits... holidays and unlimited PTO by approval. OH and 7 week sabbatical at 7 years!

Increased pay for the value we bring. I believe that even pre pandemic we were underpaid. Additional equity would also be helpful
