I like the company. I personally think this strikes a good balance of stability and innovation. We do new things but not so much that you feel like we have no direction. Overall, I think Groq treats its employees very well.

I like the choices that were made in terms of work culture, benefits (WFH, flexibility in work schedules, etc).

Intelligent coworkers, open to ideas and I love the design reviews (meetings where we review a technical design and try to improve it).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way we do research in the company where people are not judged for their ideas. The way we focus on the target rather than personal careers. I enjoy this dynamic a lot.
