The product is exciting and the idea of growth is motivating but growth opportunities are limited and take a long time to get approved. The approval process for a lot of things at the company are long and tend to get postponed which lowers morale. Comp is not always at the level of employee's work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We are siloed and our interactions are transactional.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I often find myself doing work outside my role and would like my level and comp to be adjusted accordingly.
