Remote start is a challenge. I did have a buddy to work with but not getting a chance to meet people is a drag. I'm happier than I was in my previous place, but my level of overall happiness is at best at 50% of of the max experienced throughout my carrier.

Writing Haskell to solve real world problems.

Passion about the product and insights I can learn from.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company size still permits having a complete picture of what's going on in non-trivial detail.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to information asymmetry I can't be sure of the outcome and so have to chose that I'm not compensated fairly.
