Pay study needs to be done. Morale is way down. People start off making the same as those who have been here for several years.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Mgmt. should get to know the jobs done in each dept. and understand the value and necessity for each one. Do a pay study and make changes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership shows favoritism to some departments in the way of giving promotions and pay raises. Other departments are undervalued.
