How supportive and transparent they are. They are great motivators and have a clear vision for the future.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. When I interview people they always ask about how we get everyone so excited and hyped on Highspot and my answer is always the same. We don't "get them" to do anything. New hires feed off of the energy and support of the rest of the team.
