Everyone on the leadership team feels extremely accessible and open. They encourage open communication and truly listen to everyone's input.

My team feels like a family. We work efficiently together and produce exceptional results, all the while having fun together.

I got to interview with people from different departments within the company. This gave me a sense of the strong culture at Highspot.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very open and collaborative company culture. Every Friday, we have a full company meeting where everyone is updated on the latest and greatest things happening at Highspot - from Marketing to DevOps. Anyone can ask questions and provide input that will genuinely be heard.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers make me most happy. I look forward to not only seeing the members of my team every day but learning from them. My manager is wicked smart, organized, and busy. She always takes the time to guide and teach me, her intern, despite the enormous amount she always has on her own plate.
