Our resturant is poorly run. Managment is inefficient and our quality of service to our guests suffers due to the poor leadership. We are not able to provide the level of service our patrons deserve due to the lack of support and proper training and assistnace needed to be sucessful.

There is no teamwork. Any would be an improvement.

Our kitchen staff is amazing. They keep the mood enjoyable.

Listening to the valid concerns of guests and staff and work to improve thw weak areas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This really doesnt apply to me. I am not allowed the required shifts to obtain full time employment status.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The level of service suffers due to the volume of guests placed on the staff. We need smaller sections so that we can provide proper service.
