What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I cant think of anythig positive
My coworkers and I can laugh and still have fun while doing our job a decent amount of the time
Everybody understands that we all have lives outside of work.
Our kitchen staff is amazing. They keep the mood enjoyable.
The positive part of my job is the guests.

We up each other so that we can finish the day since its soooo busy.
Everyone at my job besides a few few employees including myself as ive been working here for 4-5months, are long time friends with each other kinda like a big family. Some of them really are family so thought it happened slowly and overtine working there feels like km working woth a sort if work fam

Working with the different ethnicities, we learn from one another and learn to appreciate one anothers' culture.
The money is good. But u deal with alot and feel very unappreciated so only postive is on my co-workers

The most positive thing about the environment is that we let go and move on pretty quickly. Even though there are a lot of nonsense situations that could be avoided we all come together at the end of the day to help each other push through

Organize the HR office for LAX! The employees have little to no access for the “office” at the airport. & for the office on Douglass Street no one is of any help. No one ever answers the phone or gets back to you on anything. Forms are often lost & it’s a hassle to actually communicate with anyone.

People need to remember you don't got to work to have friends you go to work to service the costumers.
