What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

No positivity from managment only positivety comes from fellow co workers who go through the same as myself we try to block it out

The professionalism and the reliability of the companies contract as well as brands

I cant think of anythig positive

My coworkers and I can laugh and still have fun while doing our job a decent amount of the time

Everybody understands that we all have lives outside of work.

Our kitchen staff is amazing. They keep the mood enjoyable.

The positive part of my job is the guests.

Our Managers are people oriented.

Team work, family oriented , nice

We up each other so that we can finish the day since its soooo busy.

Everyone at my job besides a few few employees including myself as ive been working here for 4-5months, are long time friends with each other kinda like a big family. Some of them really are family so thought it happened slowly and overtine working there feels like km working woth a sort if work fam

People, hometown, air travel, security, food.

The most positive thing about the environment is that we let go and move on pretty quickly. Even though there are a lot of nonsense situations that could be avoided we all come together at the end of the day to help each other push through

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

First, the general managers need better training, and when it comes to the staff they should already have the store clean not wait until inspection or the boss comes to start cleaning.

Training and positive reinforcement motivated manager

Quality control department to keep or make sure everything is going well per the company (HMSHOST) policy and goals

New supervisors and managers are needed.

Organize the HR office for LAX! The employees have little to no access for the “office” at the airport. & for the office on Douglass Street no one is of any help. No one ever answers the phone or gets back to you on anything. Forms are often lost & it’s a hassle to actually communicate with anyone.
