They work hard and are consistent with their work
We work well together. We all help each other out noone just sits around. I feel like most the people i work with need to move around to get through the day faster rather than sitting around watching the clock. This helps the restaurant run smoothly.

I would say that the team we currently have at the Phoenix commissary kitchen is great in work ethic. They have seriously gone above and beyond and have taken all the ups and downs pretty gracefully. I've never worked with such hardworking individuals.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The bad employees need to go. So much bullying!
Better training, more hands on corrective training, motivation from manager, positive reinforcement, and fully stocked store
There is no teamwork. Any would be an improvement.
Their attitude and professionalism. They are disrespectful to customers.
Show up to work on their scheduled shift.
More team work instead of them acting like everthing should be given to them on a silver platter
Belueve in the culture and embrace it
I think they need to be more of a team player instead of working for themselves out there
When certain people make the work place unacceptable then it becomes uncomfortable to everyone else. The issue needs to be dead before it can progress and become worse, consequences need to be in order
