Better pay, CLEAR COMMUNICATION, everyone on the same page, knowing what the company or store goals are, repetitive hands on training for inexperienced workers, corrective training for current employees and standards that are always met not sometimes
I feel like people that work for AAA make sure that customers are getting food and picking up after them should get flight benefits

I would say that the harassment and a lot of the games that have been going on makes me feel undervalued. Just some support and respect would be nice. I really enjoy my job I've had a great experience regardless of the other nonsense that has been going on for the last 11 months.

First, the general managers need better training, and when it comes to the staff they should already have the store clean not wait until inspection or the boss comes to start cleaning.

The level of service suffers due to the volume of guests placed on the staff. We need smaller sections so that we can provide proper service.

Do a psychological test before hiring managers, train them to be more people person.

Again, showing RESPECT to employees would make a world of difference. Believing your employee (listening to them) instead of siding with a customer over a complaint IS NOT SOMETHING AN HMS HOST HUMAN RESOURCE PERSON SEEMS CAPABLE OF DOING.
