They work very well and act as goals or a following guide for the newer employees. They help keep the restaurant grounded and if even one of them is there you can expect to have a smooth day, and they do an amazing job of training others such as myself to inherit the same qualities!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring about their employees. Its that simple.

Better managers that enforce policies and that know the policies themselves

Everything. Leading. Being present. Coaching. Team building.

Communicating with employees they don't do that

Listening to the valid concerns of guests and staff and work to improve thw weak areas.

Treat people correctly people first

Compaley need to change all leaders and apply strick rulling to get betterment in future by treating equall for all employees withe better wages.

Issues with some managers with their favorites list and or even more break the rules
