Understanding their employees, being more up to date

The best part is the pay and the gratuity that you receive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Get a higher pay, better insurance

Commission was eliminated and replaced with a $1 per hour raise. Used to make more from commission. Takes almost an hour to get to and from work even though I live extremely close. An 8hr shift basically means 10hrs of your time & we still go through TSA.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We been together for 10plus. Years and work very well together and have eachothers back which working over 25yrs in the restaurant industry is hard to come by

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
When certain people make the work place unacceptable then it becomes uncomfortable to everyone else. The issue needs to be dead before it can progress and become worse, consequences need to be in order

People need to remember you don't got to work to have friends you go to work to service the costumers.

Organize the HR office for LAX! The employees have little to no access for the “office” at the airport. & for the office on Douglass Street no one is of any help. No one ever answers the phone or gets back to you on anything. Forms are often lost & it’s a hassle to actually communicate with anyone.

The amount of pay I make and the things I can do with the pay.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More communication between employees and management. Better incentives. Good customer feedback gets you nothing, complaints almost get you fired. Broken equipment and safety hazards are rarely addressed! Employees will disappear for 30-1hr on company tome & are not reprimanded Lots of favoritism
