Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Commission was eliminated and replaced with a $1 per hour raise. Used to make more from commission. Takes almost an hour to get to and from work even though I live extremely close. An 8hr shift basically means 10hrs of your time & we still go through TSA.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Organize the HR office for LAX! The employees have little to no access for the “office” at the airport. & for the office on Douglass Street no one is of any help. No one ever answers the phone or gets back to you on anything. Forms are often lost & it’s a hassle to actually communicate with anyone.
