I have only been in this IM role for about two months, but have nothing but positive things to say thus far. The training process was incredible, the management is top tier, the business is on fire. Nothing more to ask for at this point.

Everyone is willing to help and frankly they seem to enjoy coaching the newcomers.

How straight forward this role is. I know what I need to get done everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no real competition, obviously people want to perform higher than others, but at the end of the day we don't need to fight for leads and everyone on the team tries to elevate each other.
