Aside from equity options, the opportunity to earn significant commission on a quarterly basis.
What makes you most happy at work?
Reaching my biweekly goals that I set with my manager. It always makes the weeks more exciting and gives me a sense of accomplishment on a semi-frequent basis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How the leadership team communicates with the rest of the company. I feel about as comfortable speaking with the leadership team as I do with employees at my same level, and always feel encouraged to ask questions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has been so welcoming and supportive from my first days here, that I now feel comfortable with them as coworkers and friends. This encourages me to be honest and transparent about my goals with my team and with myself. Is also motivates me to achieve competitive results.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The sense of friendly competition. As a competitive person, it is easier for me to focus and work hard on something with a sense of competition. At Hometap, we are competitive with one another in a fun and supportive way, with a clear understanding that we are all working towards a common goal.
