they are honest and transparent about the direction we are currently moving in which is extremely refreshing. Also they are quick to implement feedback

Working at Hometap is an adventure in that we are creating a new industry from scratch and growing very quickly at the same time. The pace is fast but not frantic. The team is smart and pragmatic. Working remotely has pros and cons and the company has worked hard to build a positive culture.
