Honda is a solid company to work for. The possibilities are just about endless. The majority of the managers I have had are in full support of having a great work life balance. The company isn't perfect but the majority of the time it does feel like the company cares about you as an individual.

We have fun at work while we get things done. The plant leadership places an emphasis on enjoying the work you do. Happy workers are more productive
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honda has very good health insurance, all sorts of other perks, childcare reimbursement being one of them. Honda has never had a layoff and always provided a bouns every year. If sales are slow you can still come in to work and earn a paycheck
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honda has a solid open door policy, you can voice your concerns to anyone at any level of management. I worked on the assembly line when i started and the plant manager would walk the lines every friday and shake everyones hand and thank them. We all have the same cafeteria, we are respected
