What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People feel like HP is on the rise again and that things are improving.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Accountability and speed of work

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

HP coworkers could be more positive towards one another and less competitive. There is a fair amount of blaming.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Our CEO took a $5M pay increase (all inclusive), while tightening everyone else's belt. HP needs to demonstrate an investment in their people and process, and not worry about adding more millions to his already ridiculous income. The infrastructure is in the dark ages.
