Working from home has been part of HP's culture pre-COVID so it was a much easier switch once it became clear we all couldn't return to the office as "usual". Love the backup childcare benefit and attention paid to employee wellbeing.

Love my team and all the different personalities and skills we bring to the table. We work really well together and all miss being in the office - but often have virtual gatherings and eat lunch together via zoom. We have such a great team!
