What does the leadership team need to get better at?

stop with the contingent worker policy and convert them to permanent employees. They deserve better treatment and better salary, to be on the same level with everyone else, otherwise this will always feel discriminating

Our CEO took a $5M pay increase (all inclusive), while tightening everyone else's belt. HP needs to demonstrate an investment in their people and process, and not worry about adding more millions to his already ridiculous income. The infrastructure is in the dark ages.
