What is the best part about your compensation package?
No one aspect is more heavily weighted than others---good mix of base, bonus, equity, 401k match, health, etc. Reflects the entire employee experience.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The opportunity to solve a challenge in a creative way was my favorite part. Plus, interviewing with whom would be my colleague for the next 3 years was awesome. He was personable and fun, it was great!
