People are open-minded and good hearted. Ideas are welcome and folks are not caught in titles or politics.

Commitment to transparency, values-driven, customer-focused, genuinely tries to do the right thing. Recognizes challenges, and focuses the company on addressing them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No one aspect is more heavily weighted than others---good mix of base, bonus, equity, 401k match, health, etc. Reflects the entire employee experience.
