Returning a little cash to the workforce, instead of sending it all to shareholders.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People on my team are smart, hard-working, and want to win by doing what's best for the customer as well as for HP.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay has been flat over the 10+ years I've been at HP and benefits, especially the 401k and ESPP have been cut.
