Current leadership appears to be committed to diversity and inclusion, and serious about improving HP's culture.

People on my team are smart, hard-working, and want to win by doing what's best for the customer as well as for HP.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay has been flat over the 10+ years I've been at HP and benefits, especially the 401k and ESPP have been cut.
