Everyone is open to listening to new ideas and helping deliver the best results possible. People make you feel seen and included, no matter what stage of your career you are in.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The opportunity to solve a challenge in a creative way was my favorite part. Plus, interviewing with whom would be my colleague for the next 3 years was awesome. He was personable and fun, it was great!
