Overall, I have truly enjoyed working with this company. Transitioning from military to private sector was almost flawless with the help of this company, and for someone without prior office experience it was a nice introductory occupation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The energy and environment are always open and inviting.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to get my work done at my own pace as long as deadlines are met.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position is capped at part-time employment, therefore in paid minimum wage and receive no benefits outside of my 401k, even though I work and do more than the part-time requirements to accommodate being short staffed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick, simple, and to the point. My initial interview was done over the phone and lasted about 15 minutes, and my secondary interview was conducted in person, lasting about 30 minutes. All of my questions were able to be answered through these two interviews.
