fair honest and willing to work with you
Review from Sales Dept
MY managers are the best, they listen and care. They lead by example
Review from Sales Dept
The desire to innovate and think outside the box.
Great opportunities for us all.
They care about their employees physical and mental well-being
Ensure fair compensation and treatment for all employees. As sales staff, remote work should be an option, as being in the office isn't always necessary. Streamline and improve existing systems to reduce the time spent on data entry in Salesforce, focusing instead on meaningful client interactions.
Leadership needs ro cut silly meetings for no reason, stop mirco managing and lwtvus sell.
Change thr way you support your sales staff. Acrually lwt us sell anf get assistants for your rop sales reps.
They need to prioritize the well being and progress of their employees particularly the new hires who have unreasonable expectations which are upheld for some and not all.
Business and radio operations and strategy.
I can live my life comfortably.
I dont pay much out of pocket. But then again, my pay is the lowest in the industry so if I had to pay more, I would be forced to leave the job.
Full coverage for medical and dental
There is a growing sense of being undervalued and underpaid, particularly for those of us who frequently work weekends and nights to meet the demands of our roles. Despite the dedication and extra hours put in, there is a lack of recognition from management, which is demotivating and disheartening.
My voice is not heard. They only look after the men in the company and women are constantly put down and treated differently. Even when you become a platinum seller, you still get no help. They constantly move the bar.
yes. increase commission rates to reflect 2022
Review from Sales Dept
Zero communication. Despite winning ratings, rarely get positive feedback. We only have negatives communicated to us.
management doesn't care about the culture
Smart people making smart and informed decisions.
My coworkers are my friends.
There are some very good people there, but the middle management team are shockingly bad.
we all work together very well
Review from Sales Dept
We work well together as a team
Review from Sales Dept
They are silly. The company has meetings about meetings.
There is too much favoritism with upper management and sales, while the support staff does not
My coworkers are great. Not perfect, but great. But we're the underlings that rely on one another because we're not supported by management
Direction from leadership is clear and accomplishments are valued and rewarded.
I don't really know what to say here, but it's miserable on a day-to-day basis
the support from everyone and managers
Review from Sales Dept
The people are really wonderful
That we can serve people.
Pay people fairly and treat people fairly.
The company needs to get rid of the MMP process and reduxe the paperwork sales people have to do.
too many layers to get anything done
Blow it up and start over. For radio to survive it cannot be kicking up its profits to stupid out of town and out-of-touch decision-makers like a shady ponze scheme.
Slow the pace and not make everything an URGENT matter
Interviewer provided immediate feedback and set expectations.
The conversation and discussion during the interviews were positive and inspirational.
It was short- decision was made quickly.
It gave me a good sense of what it would be like to work here
Thougtful questions and a lot of insight
It definitely sounds like it's very scripted. Perhaps look at trying to have a meaningful conversation over a coffee instead of trying to get through a list of questions.
They've changed the way they do interviews now so I'm not really sure but in the past, I found it pretty average.
Be more honest about the company performance
The excitement of an ever-changing never-changing industry.
Not much these days. It use to be good 10 years ago.
I enjoyed the people I worked with on the employee structure. Everyone was intentionally decent individuals that created a positive experiencce when working amongst one another.
Winning and being super creative
Being able to get my work done at my own pace as long as deadlines are met.
I need to add more value into their campaigns. They are trading off a name that used to have a great reputation. Unfortunately, event integration is not what it used to be.
Stop making the sales department do absolutely everything in the sales process. You say, we are a company all about sound and getting results and then you do not equipped us with the tools that we need to be successful. Stop making meetings for the sake of making meetings.
Please see my previous comments.
Dying industry Turnover and lack of training causing issues
Management needs to improve and the people need to be focused.
