Review from Sales Dept

MY managers are the best, they listen and care. They lead by example

Review from Sales Dept

The desire to innovate and think outside the box.

Great opportunities for us all.

They care about their employees physical and mental well-being

Support your administrative employees. Offer at least a COLA every year. I've been a loyal employee for 12 years and have never received a raise. Not even a COLA. In the meantime the cost of living continues to grow while my paycheck shrinks. Treat your employees better.

Everyone is very helpful and we work together to meet deadlines.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Taking care of the people who actually make the money. Trim the top leadership.

Ensure fair compensation and treatment for all employees. As sales staff, remote work should be an option, as being in the office isn't always necessary. Streamline and improve existing systems to reduce the time spent on data entry in Salesforce, focusing instead on meaningful client interactions.

Leadership needs ro cut silly meetings for no reason, stop mirco managing and lwtvus sell.

Change thr way you support your sales staff. Acrually lwt us sell anf get assistants for your rop sales reps.

They need to prioritize the well being and progress of their employees particularly the new hires who have unreasonable expectations which are upheld for some and not all.

Business and radio operations and strategy.

Working more with their employees

Too many chiefs, egos, politics, and sacred cows. Lots of brilliant people in the ranks get frustrated and leave.

Communication and changing their antiquated view that you have to be in the office in order to be productive

Talk to the sales people who are actually out selling to customers. Most of the execs haven’t sold anything in years so they don’t understand the business. They’re slowly destroying all their stations…one station at

Treating all employees the same

Refusing to accept bonuses when the company is losing money and firing people.
