What would you improve about your company's interview process?It definitely sounds like it's very scripted. Perhaps look at trying to have a meaningful conversation over a coffee instead of trying to get through a list of questions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I need to add more value into their campaigns. They are trading off a name that used to have a great reputation. Unfortunately, event integration is not what it used to be.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Pay people fairly and treat people fairly.
