I can live my life comfortably.
I dont pay much out of pocket. But then again, my pay is the lowest in the industry so if I had to pay more, I would be forced to leave the job.

Direction from leadership is clear and accomplishments are valued and rewarded.

Not much these days. It use to be good 10 years ago.
I enjoyed the people I worked with on the employee structure. Everyone was intentionally decent individuals that created a positive experiencce when working amongst one another.
