Taking care of the people who actually make the money. Trim the top leadership.
Ensure fair compensation and treatment for all employees. As sales staff, remote work should be an option, as being in the office isn't always necessary. Streamline and improve existing systems to reduce the time spent on data entry in Salesforce, focusing instead on meaningful client interactions.
Leadership needs ro cut silly meetings for no reason, stop mirco managing and lwtvus sell.
Change thr way you support your sales staff. Acrually lwt us sell anf get assistants for your rop sales reps.
They need to prioritize the well being and progress of their employees particularly the new hires who have unreasonable expectations which are upheld for some and not all.
They have the worst pay plan in the industry
There is a growing sense of being undervalued and underpaid, particularly for those of us who frequently work weekends and nights to meet the demands of our roles. Despite the dedication and extra hours put in, there is a lack of recognition from management, which is demotivating and disheartening.
My voice is not heard. They only look after the men in the company and women are constantly put down and treated differently. Even when you become a platinum seller, you still get no help. They constantly move the bar.
yes. increase commission rates to reflect 2022
Review from Sales Dept
Zero communication. Despite winning ratings, rarely get positive feedback. We only have negatives communicated to us.
They are silly. The company has meetings about meetings.
There is too much favoritism with upper management and sales, while the support staff does not
My coworkers are great. Not perfect, but great. But we're the underlings that rely on one another because we're not supported by management
Top leadership changes to start
Pay people fairly and treat people fairly.
The company needs to get rid of the MMP process and reduxe the paperwork sales people have to do.
too many layers to get anything done
Blow it up and start over. For radio to survive it cannot be kicking up its profits to stupid out of town and out-of-touch decision-makers like a shady ponze scheme.
It definitely sounds like it's very scripted. Perhaps look at trying to have a meaningful conversation over a coffee instead of trying to get through a list of questions.
They've changed the way they do interviews now so I'm not really sure but in the past, I found it pretty average.
Be more honest about the company performance
Top leadership has been out of day to day workings for so ling they have forgotten how it all works
I need to add more value into their campaigns. They are trading off a name that used to have a great reputation. Unfortunately, event integration is not what it used to be.
Stop making the sales department do absolutely everything in the sales process. You say, we are a company all about sound and getting results and then you do not equipped us with the tools that we need to be successful. Stop making meetings for the sake of making meetings.
