iHeartMedia Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I can live my life comfortably.

I dont pay much out of pocket. But then again, my pay is the lowest in the industry so if I had to pay more, I would be forced to leave the job.

Full coverage for medical and dental

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is a growing sense of being undervalued and underpaid, particularly for those of us who frequently work weekends and nights to meet the demands of our roles. Despite the dedication and extra hours put in, there is a lack of recognition from management, which is demotivating and disheartening.

My voice is not heard. They only look after the men in the company and women are constantly put down and treated differently. Even when you become a platinum seller, you still get no help. They constantly move the bar.

Review from Sales Dept

Zero communication. Despite winning ratings, rarely get positive feedback. We only have negatives communicated to us.

management doesn't care about the culture

I have been with the company for 12+ years, dedicated so much of my time, talent, and efforts above the scope of my role to contribute to our ratings and revenue. And yet, I can still barely afford to live below my means.

Salary discrepancy in the same position. Lack of transparency. Virtually no raises are given despite workload and positive reviews.

Better pay and control of broadcast content.

Worst health insurance plan ever - as if whoever cut the deal was getting personal kickbacks on the side.

To make much more money

Pay your sales people for the work they do! Stop trying to screw is out of commissions.

My position is capped at part-time employment, therefore in paid minimum wage and receive no benefits outside of my 401k, even though I work and do more than the part-time requirements to accommodate being short staffed.

Additional responsibilities added it as employees are laid off and no additional compensation offered,

More pay. Better benefits. More of a feeling of job security instead of constantly feeling like your company's going under.
