The sales department is a terrible place to woek. You are overworked under paid and they have cut commissions so many rimes. Moat people arw looking for new jobs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are some very good people there, but the middle management team are shockingly bad.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't really know what to say here, but it's miserable on a day-to-day basis
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Change thr way you support your sales staff. Acrually lwt us sell anf get assistants for your rop sales reps.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They've changed the way they do interviews now so I'm not really sure but in the past, I found it pretty average.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My voice is not heard. They only look after the men in the company and women are constantly put down and treated differently. Even when you become a platinum seller, you still get no help. They constantly move the bar.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop making the sales department do absolutely everything in the sales process. You say, we are a company all about sound and getting results and then you do not equipped us with the tools that we need to be successful. Stop making meetings for the sake of making meetings.
