The people are generally very kind and stick together on the local/market level. Above that, they are awful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More pay. Better benefits. More of a feeling of job security instead of constantly feeling like your company's going under.

My coworkers are great. Not perfect, but great. But we're the underlings that rely on one another because we're not supported by management
