What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are down to earth and approachable. We receive honest and open communication and have regular access to the leadership team on a weekly basis.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Constructive feedback from leadership and I felt they genuinely cared about my opinion. A willingness to listen and learn is one of the things that shone through the IL interview process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The focus on wellbeing at Immersive Labs is emphasized at every turn. We are given access to funds to learn anything we want and also access to a meditation app. We also have Wellness Wednesdays which have included fun activities for us to try.
What are some of the best things about your team?
An inclusive culture, some of the most skilled people I have ever worked with and a team that truly cares about it's customers and making IL a better place for everyone. We collaborate to improve processes and there is always an honest culture that promotes sharing feedback and ideas.
