All the mangement team are supportive, there is no blaim culture, but learning one instead, we are encouraged to use our own product to further our knowledge, we have regular 10% days where we can try out new ideas to imrpove process and product.

Everyone is very keen to do their best work a lot of the time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to do work I enjoy and not being forced into a particular box for the sake of it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are envolved in the day to day, if there is an issue they try to solve it but studying why things went wrong and improve things so it can't happen again. Information flow is good, and there are no silos.
