If you find yourself in a great team, you won't want to work anywhere else. If you aren't lucky "the great culture" is anything but with micro-managing, patronizing attitudes, lack of help, and lack of an appetite for the company to address things. DEI not taken seriously, Christianity is ingrained.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Very knowledgeable, friendly and looking to support one another, no dog eat dog types.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Tend to share a lot of information, don't come across as intense as other executives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Specifically the team's I've been in - Lots of mentoring/supporting each other, very few egos. Company - Faux "friendly" culture, clear that upper management is not receptive to ideas unless it 100% aligns with what they think.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Get paid less than market, don't take into account where you are living, max "merit" increase is 4% which was disheartening when we were getting record profits during covid and high inflation - "Great job guys, here's your pay cut!
