I am very unhappy at work and have been trying really hard to find small wins. My co workers and DA are very nice people.
I have a lot of responsibility in my job, but I also feel like I have people working with me to help us get to the finish line. My job is full of constant challenges, but that's the way I like it, or I get bored.
