the people i work with on my team
Specifically the team's I've been in - Lots of mentoring/supporting each other, very few egos. Company - Faux "friendly" culture, clear that upper management is not receptive to ideas unless it 100% aligns with what they think.
The culture is fantastic and balanced
Insperity is what I like to call an altruistic company, both in the way it interacts with its employees and its prospects, clients, and former clients.

We always dontge right thing
They brand themselves as a people company which is an awesome concept but it is not executed well through management.
You're given room to breathe and work. You are allowed to take risks and fail. The mentality is to "fail fast," meaning to constantly be honest about the progress and if it isn't working, say so, and change it. Being given that leeway is critical to innovation.
The integrity and support of management and other employees
Review from Sales Dept
There is far too much favortism, cronyism and nepotism.

Everyone here has a service oriented mindset. We work as servant leaders, even as individual contributors. Everyone is supportive.
The management and team members are great to work with. They are positive and really have my best interest in mind.
Everyone has a voice, servant leaderership. Open culture
The people are what make Insperity worthwhile.
Concern about employee's well-being and work life balance.
The culture is supportive and trust based
Practice what you preach. Implement a mentor program. DM is toxic and theres no one else to go to.
Employees need to have a voice beyond their immediate manager. Emoloyees need to be valued and not cut off in meetings when they have opinions or feedback. Managers should be helping to build up all of their people not putting all their eggs in one basket to win an award.
