It was professional. The recruiter was respectful and honest. The DM lied about some very specific questions i asked which i found out after being hired. He was trying to make headcount quota.

The interview process was lengthy and had a very impersonal feel to it. The recruiter was professional however management misrepresented the position even when i asjed very specufuc questions i know now that he was not honest.
There was a panel interview (phone) with most of the team; then I was flown out to headquarters to meet the people I would be working with and experience the company culture.
Face to face interviews were positive and friendly

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Provide SOME feedback. I sent flowers as a thank you for one interview there to the hiring manager. Not even a thank you. I was surprised!
