What do you like best about the leadership team?

transparency and truth at our company meetings

They are open to answering questions and support however they can.

They are both very knowledgeable and helpful!

Im interested with this groupe they are very helpful

Tend to share a lot of information, don't come across as intense as other executives.

They are very open minded

They implement the company's values in their day to day work

Make it easy to get started and don't rush you

Always show they take care of their people.

They trust me and have given me access to the tools that I need to support my clients in the best way possible.

They are knowledgable and experienced

I have had almost no interaction with leadership except direct manager. They are very hands off and dont interact with employees. District Manager seems to have a self serving agenda and is not equitable in how he treats all employees. This is detrimental to employee moral.

Transparency, consistency, competant guidance, classy, good people.

They lead by example. They hold themselves accountable for the same ethical, customer-focused principles they expect us to follow.

Some are true to the mission. But others are old school and want more of pushing the client to buy

Open, transparent and guided by values. They put their people first!

They're fair and very supportive.

The management team, like the organization operates with an incredibly high level of integrity.

responding adequately to employee feedback, taking feedback to higher level leadership, making better selections for leadership roles

Give your employees support beyond their DM. Everything goes through DM and that person is narcisistic and self serving. Practice what you preach. Provide an equitable environment. Call ins go to 1EE that mgr is trying to win an award so HE looks good while the rest of us cold call all day and work

Yes. Narcissistic, inexperienced manager who retaliates when you stand up fir yourself or ask questions.

Been here too long and too distanced from reality.
