I feel isolated and beaten down working here. I know the CEO and COO are making bank on the backs of teachers and the hardworking people that aren't upper management. I feel betrayed by HR and feel like I confided in the wrong people. Don't trust ANYONE in the NC office. I made this mistake.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
No transparency. I felt like I was fighting for my life while being laughed at by billionaires.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I were paid for my job responsibilities and title. IXL is run by dinosaurs that don't understand human interaction. They should stick to bickering like a divorced couple and leave take a pay cut instead of raising prices for teachers.
