What do you like best about the leadership team?
Hard to say, not much interaction but they make weird decisions
Nothing again micromanaging to the most trivial details
My manager and the others in her tier of management are kind, personable, and very responive

Including all people everywhere all the time and stopping the barking.

They really care about giving clients the best. They are very friendly.

i think they need to listen better and stop sleeping so that they can get more work done

I was interviewed by entire committee so I could clean up code - totally unnecessary. It was exhausting and unnecessarily stressful. They come across as being so relaxed and yet my interview was too chaotic and crazy. I don't need anymore coffee, thank you!
